FISH AND CHIPS ON A FLOWERY PLATE FRIDAY

I met Neil in The Metrocentre  today and we went for lunch.  I was still in " birthday treat " mode so instead of going somewhere for a healthy choice we headed for Wetherspoons and we both chose fish, chips and mushy peas. I was taking a photo of my meal to put on Facebook and Neil asked if it was going to be today's blip.  I told him No It wasn't as its " Flower Friday ".  So Neil said " Well - the plate's got flowers on ".  So I have just gone with that idea.  Thanks to BikerBear for hosting.  I was tempted to have a pud ( I'm easily tempted ) and chose warm chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream and Belgian chocolate sauce.  #Stuffed.

I then accompanied Neil to Holland and Barrett where he bought some protein powder stuff - which cost a small fortune. Then he needed some white boards for work  - he is going to write motivational words on them to give a boost to the staff.

After Neil went home I continued shopping.  Headed for Debenhams where I bought a top and then to H & M where I got a T Shirt. Then to M & S for food supplies.

I'm blipping late as I keep nodding off.  The antihistamines which the doc prescribed and which she told me were non drowsy are not non drowsy at all.
