Little Wings Flapping

This Little Goldfinch was constantly flapping his little wings in order to keep his balance; he was also begging Mom for food.....see extra photos. Those extra photos aren't the best but I think they tell the story of this new life!!

Hubby's post op appointment went well today. The doctor said the eye looks like it is doing what it should be doing after the surgery. Hubby still has to lay on his side 45 out of every 60 minutes for the next three days; we go back for another post op on Monday.

Today was the big Rose Festival Parade....it was sunny and beautiful until about 9:55AM then the rain started at 10AM exactly when the parade started. Seems like we have had more rainy parades than sunny ones.

I am hoping that my granddaughter can find a new happier life very soon....she is so blessed....it would be nice if she could see the good all around her.  We had a little more drama today......I won't bore you with the details. But let me tell you that our darling little baby was cooing and smiling.......she definitely has a great attitude.
