Learning how to really see

Henri Cartier Bresson said, "Your first 10,000 photographs are your worst.” I am one fifth of the way to good.

Every morning I look forward to sharing one captured moment with the Blip community. My go to subjects are our six grandchildren and our border collies, Angus & Scout. Occasionally there are flowers, landscapes, cars or, in a weak moment, a little Trump rant. I try to store a little emotion and feeling in every frame.

What I like most about Blip is seeing wonderful photographs from others taken all over the world. I am in awe of your creativity and beguiling precision. As a result of studying your shots, I have developed a better eye myself. I truly appreciate everyone of you that has stopped by and I am thankful for your kind comments. My only regret about Blip is that during the dark days, I never won a Polaroid Cube.
