I wish this was my view!

A quite busy day today, firstly into work for physio.  Both Sue and the nurse were pleased to see I was wearing "normal" shoes (Skechers with some arch support insoles) and Sue has now given me permission to do away with the boot and crutch completely!  she worked her magic on my neck and shoulders and taped my shoulder again, which gives me more movement and less pain.  I am allowed to resume normal swimming but at a slow pace.

Then we had to go to Wotton-under-Edge for the dentist, and they were running a bit late so after that we had some lunch and then came back home. 

I took this view from by the fire station, and the residents have a lovely view.  I uploaded this to the BBC Weather Watchers and it was an Editor's Pick and on the tele.
