Ashburnham

My sister won an afternoon tea voucher in a tombola and invited my friend and I to join her at Ashburnham to partake of carbohydrate deliciousness. Visitors to the tearooms are allowed to walk round one of the lakes. Residential visitors have acres of gardens designed by Capability Brown to explore. The downside is No Dogs Allowed. I smuggled some cheese into my camera bag as an apology for coming home smelling of interesting sniffs. Bribe accepted and I am forgiven.
