not us in the boat!

No, we weren't in the boat, instead Steve & I were taking photos at beautiful Whitney Beach on Longboat Key (FL). Living on the river, we do not go to the beach a lot. There's water access right in our backyard! But, being that last Monday was our wedding anniversary, we wanted to do something special.

We really enjoyed. The water was a gorgeous turquoise Caribbean blue, the beach was not crowded, there was a breeze . . . it was lovely! We swam & floated in the salt water, took pictures and video of the birds,  each other and boats - it was a great way to spend a couple hours.
