It's that time of year again ... the launch of the summer season. There's always a banda: this time it was Rambal et Sagan, who have featured here before. They are really good, and going from strength to strength, playing a mixture of traditional tunes and more adventurous arrangements. It's good to see a high proportion of young players too, including their drum-beating leader. Their instruments are highly polished, so selfies are always possible.

Naturally, the rosé flowed, as did chat, singing, and dancing. A good time was had by all. Album here.
