Scissors pot plant

I had my hair appointment booked for this morning and thankfully it was not too uncomfortable. I spotted the pot of scissors and thought they looked apparently silly for Silly Saturday kindly hosted by Admirer.

A very chilled afternoon and spoilt for choice with the Tour de France, tennis, British Grand Prix and the football!

Well done to England! It’s not often we say that! A bit of a frustrating crash for Chris Froome, Vettel just pipped to pole, Nadal through, just need Edmund to join him.

Not too much change on the shoulder. Movements about waist level are not too bad but higher is still a bit painful.
