Capturing my Journey

Walk

In the morning we went back to the neighbours farm to try and get Glen our bull back. We came with a load of cattle gates first. Initially we tried setting up the gates at the bottom but it became clear Glen had had enough of being chased and wanted to go home so headed back up to where he jumped over. So we packed up the gates and took them up the top. Before we had even finished getting all the gates out Glen strolled into the pen then into the trailer when we reversed it up to the pen. While husband drove the long way round with Glen I hopped over the fence onto our ground and turned off the electric fence and dropped it and called them up to a more secure field. Which unfortunately has not much grass in but until Glen has settled he needs to be in a secure area.

In the afternoon we went for a walk in Gight woods where my sister and I went a couple of weeks ago. After the walk we had a late lunch at Formantines cafe which had yummy food and a good shop of small business type produce. If that makes sense.

Once home i had a rest then fed dogs and off to agility with Dris and Bud. We had great agility although the dogs were a little tired after their afternoon out. The dogs can now do 4 jumps in a row and a tunnel with a bend in it.

The extra dog Jake (yellow lab) is the owner of the farms, we are looking after him while his family go to Greece on holiday.
