... we were not very hungry. Tomatoes and courgettes from the garden. 

After yesterday evening's antics, we felt surprisingly well on waking this morning. After breakfast I did 20 lengths of the pool -- I had it completely to myself for the first time this year. Lunch was at the bar associatif -- salad, local classic friginat (a pork stew) with haricot beans, ice cream. We very sagely sipped one small glass of wine each, and copious amounts of water. Then a quiet afternoon at home, reading and watching part of the local stage of the Tour de France -- rather a boring finish.
