Feldon Harvest (widwed250718)

I imagine this scene has unfolded countless times in this area and in many others.  The same process with ever increasing improvements to the technology assisting those involved in the harvest.   The landscape is known as Feldon, a gently undulating series of large fields.  It is what the Royalist troops on Edge Hill would have travelled through and looked across on the eve of the battle of Edge Hill.

My effort for Wide Wednesday on the theme of old - hosted by Bobs Blips.

5 images merged together into a panorama in Lightroom.
