Extremes

Another scorcher (Edinburgh style...!)
Spent most of the day in a complex case, making tricky decisions. Afterwards I took a cup of tea and sat in the gardens to get some fresh air and sun and just try to clear my head. The place was packed!
Spent the next couple of hours back in the office, then took a walk in a circuitous route around the city (my step count has been hopeless this month and it needs to change but I’ve felt very sluggish) to meet up with a big crowd for dinner celebrating the latest TRG gallery exhibition. Great chats with a number of artists....what a buzz and good food too.
Luckily missed a brief rain shower before walking home after midnight
