Tiny Tuesday 166 - Fuchsia

Looking round the garden looking for something suitable for Nickimaggs888's Tiny Tuesday.  T pointed out this little fuchsia, which has just started to flower.  It is hardy and lives in the garden all year round.  I don't remember the flowers being so tiny in previous years.  From the top of the flower to the end of the stamens it is only about 2 inches (4-5 cms) long.  I was wondering if the hot weather and lack of water has slowed it's growth this year.
