Saturday was NOT conducive to venturing out. I had toyed with the idea of nipping out to Penrith show to see Jerra, Clicky and whatever was going on out there. 
In cricketing terms - "RAIN stopped play."
I did very little outdoors and checked on checking, Sunday a.m. - 1" rain in these 24hrs.
I'm not sure I do the waterlilies annually, but they turned out to be one of today's rain-dodging targets. I spotted the hover-fly so thought I might as well have a go. What I failed to notice was the second one. Ergo, this is both the best of a limited lot and an extra, free, hover fly.
