Backfired!

I’ll save myself a bit of time, I thought. I’ll microwave the porridge instead of doing it on the hob like I usually do.

Wish I hadn’t come up with that not so cunning plan. Took longer clearing up the mess than it would have done to stir the porridge and wash the pan. No more porridge shortcuts for me.
