Shiny Lock, Rusty Gate

Gill and I took a quick walk around the village when I arrived home - this lock is on the gate to a building site where one of he old retirement homes is being refurbished into modern flats - though sadly not for anyone needing long term care. 

Thanks to everyone who has visited my journal over the past week when I have not been able to return the compliment.  A busy week at work, which is thankfully now done with.  An easier week coming up, followed by one more busy one and then an easy one to finish with ... after that ... no more alarm clocks :-)
