Oh Deer!

I went for a long run this morning - not the same as my runs on holiday but feels good anyway! And I saw this little deer on my route. I almost didn’t see it - it was out of the corner of my eye and at first I thought it was a dog or a fox as I was so close to it!

It allowed me to go right up to it and take this photo! It looked a little worse for wear with scratches on its face like it had been in a fight and this was quite close to a busy road. I hope it’s ok.

This afternoon I am spending time with my family - sisters, mum, cousin and aunt, watching mamma Mia 2 and then having some food and drink. We all have a lot to catch up on so am sure it will be fun and noisy!!
