Keep calm and walk on

I was up early to go running again this morning. It was beautiful and I saw 2 herons (and heard a 3rd squawking somewhere!) One was right on the path next to me and let me run by without flying off.

Met up with Norm later in the morning and we had a little jaunt into the Dales... Kilnsey for a coffee and then Grassington for a mooch (treated myself to 3 more handmade glass miniature critters).

Felt shattered when I got home so had a snooze and then chilled for the rest of the afternoon/evening.
