Do as I say, not as I do .......

Mia the 11-week old German Shepherd is under instruction from her new friend Xavier, Dogue de Bordeaux (French Bullmastiff). Here they are going through their YOGA routine in the downward dog position.  Mia has only been able to mix with other dogs this weekend for the first time.  Yesterday she met Bonny, a very superior Scottish Terrier who would rather be rabbiting than playing with this cheeky young pup, but who did let her guard down a few times and entered into a few games.  Xavier's owner is an ex-policeman and dog trainer who has volunteered to start Mia's training in socialising with other dogs and as Xav is such a gentle giant they immediately got off to a good start - not sure Xav was into too much of the 'catch me if you can' stuff!!

We're still up at the Gliding Club, the weather's not great and the flying day has been scrubbed; there are still quite a few people around, quite a few headaches and we're still eating cake!!!
