Flying High

After a bitter cold start, a gloriously sunny day.

Supermarket shopping for Xmas Puds today.   I think we will be taking more food stuffs back than anything else!

We managed to sit out for quite a while this afternoon, making the most of the sun.   Holly is still out there enjoying the cool grass.   As I type she has come in to see what's for dinner.

I took a photo of a flock of gulls flyong over on the early evening.   Whilst sitting out I saw an owl fly into the trees - I thought it was a little early in the day to see one?
