Up and down
So far, so good. It’s been over a week of ‘ups’. A couple of bike rides, a session of CrossFit, a walk with the dogs and a mobility workout have made for a wonderful day. I’m now feeling satisfactorily fatigued albeit a little stiff. I’m a little ‘down’ that the coach I emailed on Monday hasn’t got back to me. I have started wondering whether I didn’t come across as very nice. Oh well. Let’s see what happens in the next couple of days. Onwards!!
