Whitwell Woods

I hadn't been walking in Whitwell Woods for probably 30 years or more. It was just what I needed to clear my (slightly delicate) head! 

Norm, Mum, Holly and I had a peaceful walk in the woods and then we called at The (recently re-opened and smart looking) Parish Oven for a drink in the sunshine.

Another lovely day, we all really enjoyed it... and my dad happily watched a Harry Potter film while we were out. God bless those films for lasting so long and for holding my dad's attention :-)
