Gourd Mask

My wife created this gourd mask last year, but she has finally moved it to a place that makes for decent photography. This was a very involved production which included carving, drilling, painting, papering, and beading. Not all those techniques are visible in this high angle shot, but this mask her a number of weeks to complete. It is nice to have it on our patio for all to see.
