Hurricane stressed trees

Yes, I confess, these shots were actually taken yesterday. They were taken from the vehicle as we traveled down the highway at 75 mph.

These are some of the Bradford Pear trees that have bloomed again in response to being stressed by Hurricane Florence. With all the damage that the storm does this blooming is the plants way to ensure survival of the species!!

Now we are all getting ready for the arrival of Hurricane/TS Michael later today and tomorrow. Bringing wind and rain. Just what we need, NOT!
