Pub time!

It had been months we hadn't seen Lionel and it was good to see him and share the latest news from his work (in a bookshop Julie worked for in the past) and life in general. He took us to a favourite Scottish pub of his, The Highlander. (See extra)

The news on my spinal cysts is contrasted: although I feel like I walk better, the MRI rather shows they've grown since the last exam, back in May. I can't help but wonder why I feel better and why I feel the magnetism is working. Maybe the cysts had grown even bigger through the summer and they've now started to shrink?
