After one year on the waiting list for one of the most famous Bakery school, after removals in/out the most secluded (and coldest) part of France, after another 9 months of intensive training Nico and I are now Maître Boulanger.
There're still many things to do but it means a lot to me.
Don't laugh but I had tears in my eyes when I read the results.
