Blues & No Twos

It's that time of year when the blipping challenge increases, especially when you finish late at work and the night is already closing in. As luck would have it I was walking the dog and just getting ready for a long exposure of the pub opposite with the compact camera resting on a wall when, no sirens to warn me, I caught a glimpse of blue flashing lights from my right and............... there we go :)
