AbstractThursday174 Regular?

I haven't really managed to fulfil this week's theme (kindly set again by Ingeborg) of Regular, although I was on a regular walk in Epping Forest and there is a regularity to the shape of the Silver Birch leaves.
We have had wonderful weather since we returned from our holiday and today was the second time that I've been able to take advantage of it by taking a walk with Zeus09smum and of of course Zeus who is now fully recovered from his surgery.
The walks were a welcome break from the irritating amount of work of the paid variety that I've come back to, interspersed with the holiday washing and usual household routine tasks
I've been very neglectful of looking at journals for the past couple of weeks, so I am extra grateful to everyone who has been kind enough to look at/comment on/star my own.
