Tiny Tuesday - Stamens

I managed to find a few unusual stamens this morning, but this lovely green/yellow kangaroo paw flower came in as my favourite.

I don’t think i’ve ever actually taken a macro shot of the ‘innards’ ;o) and they are really fascinating especially the claw like features which seem to be protecting the actual stamen.
