New Toy

My 2009 Macbook has struggled a bit in recent months and the introduction of Mojave and support for key programmes like Lightroom CC influenced my decision to get a new (refurbished) one which arrived today.

Although there is an Apple migration tool I thought it would be best to install things gradually so it will be a while before I get everything transferred. In the meantime I will be using the two in parallel and when everything has been moved I will reinstall the operating system on the old Macbook and use it to store photos.
