Paws for Thought

A squirrel is just a rat with a cuter outfit!

This grey squirrel sits outside our window watching me at my writing desk.
 
He wants to tuck into the bird feeder hanging behind him but he is uncertain whether I will scoot him away. 
 
 I have long since given up. So he shares it with the birds.
 
Less than 200 yards away red squirrels have been seen. Unfortunately not in our garden.
