Still Life in Kitchen

The contents of the kitchen table came to the rescue for today’s blip photo.
 
I had a challenging morning in the Peak sports centre with my rehab class. And the afternoon was spent recovering.
 
Yes they do push us along, and yes we do suffer afterwards….
 
 
Meanwhile Glasgow School of Art is again in the news as they make a submission to the Scottish Parliament about the recent fire.
