Working out

Tonight we had a great workout with our group at our Coaching Session. Todd and Steve were in a group doing 1km Reps and my group were Running easy on the Straights and working the Bends. I had another session with Mike the Chiropractor and I am really starting to feel the improvement and have not felt as good as I am for a very long time. It is surprising what a serious crash can do to your body and how it effects you later in life.
