Christmassy Gatekeepers

Went Christmas shopping today in Totnes - and had my hair cut, too, at a hairdresser I've not visited before. It was OK - especially as they provided a free mug of coffee and a mini mince pie, too!

The journey takes me past the Woodlands Theme Park, where, at various times of year, seasonally decorative bales flank their gateway. A few weeks ago, they had a hallowe'en theme but, now that it's December, Rudolph and his mate are on parade as gatekeepers. They're a cheery sight on a grey day that's switching between fine, but very wet, drizzle to heavy, even wetter, rain.
