Well, it wasn't bad news and it wasn't good news.  My probationary period is extended for 2 months...so I have to improve some.  I told my Manager that I thought we hadn't had enough 1-1's and he agreed for once...  Wish me luck blipmates, I'm going to need it to still be in this job by 25th February!

Glad to be home with my Girl after today, but feeling also good to be alive as another person lost their life on the motorway this morning :(   Apparently a motorcyclist hit debris...
