Chinese Lanterns at Edinburgh Zoo
Yesterday morning was my last official day of Scottish Government work until next Friday. I took some owed flexi time and worked all afternoon and evening on my PhD. I continued my PhD work this morning and by lunch time I had the next draft of my Finnish case study chapter (including my confusing statistics) complete. I am pleased with this and will make a start on my next chapter after I return my trip home for Christmas. It’s time I took a break to rest!
This meant a chilled afternoon today in preparation for our trip to Edinburgh Zoo to see the Chinese Lanterns .
This was well worth the visit, especially with all of the colours (some as blipped). I’m glad I felt well enough to go as we did not know if I would make it out this evening earlier in the week.
