Be excellent to each other

Be excellent to each other is currently emblazoned across an empty Edinburgh shop front. I wonder if it's the work of a blipper? I took the shot not long after parting with a rather large amount of money to fund Mr hazelh's next set of cycling adventures. He will welcome his new steed next week.

This afternoon I engaged in some indoor cycling while my own bike is at the shop for the fitting of a pannier rack. This is the first time that I have used the exercise bike that Paul asked us to foster when he moved out of his flat in the summer. It was hard work, but great to be able to exercise and watch television at the same time.

Exercise today: morning errand cycling on my bike, one hour on the exercise bike this afternoon.
