Dear Diary,

With apologies to John Denver!  After one brief day of relatively mild weather we are back in the deep freeze this morning.  But at least the warmer temperatures melted all the ice off the trees and the roads dried up.  Rudy is taking full advantage of the warmish sun to take a little snooze.

I had to send my little Canon back for repairs yesterday.  After only 5 months the memory card will not click in properly.  So glad this didn't happen while I was in Scotland!  It is under warranty so they will fix it for free or send me a new one.  So, back to the big Nikon for awhile.  It feels like I'm holding a bowling ball, it's so heavy!
