walking at Cliveden House

A walk at Cliveden House is worthwhile almost whatever the weather.  On arrival in the morning the sky was cloudy, but there was a heron in the gardens which provided me with a photograph worthy of a blip.

Somewhat later - at about 3pm - the sun broke out of the clouds and provided a stunning view of the House's south front.  

This trumped (excuse the bawdy language) my heron, so I have added the bird as an extra photo.  Take your pick.
