Top Prices Paid

New Year's resolutions anyone?  I've a few, one of which is to keep blipping (but of course).  Another is to try to be a little more active and to average at least 10,000 steps a day.  I'm reasonably fit, but being at work can produce days where I hardly move from my desk when I am particularly busy.  I am hoping the steps target might improve that situation.  It may also get me out and about and reduce the number of emergency blips.  We can but live in hope :-)
