A Rose Hip...

..... for today's FF challenge which I only noticed  when I went out this morning and there were lots, all looking bright and cheerful and so nice to see on such a cold morning.

My eldest granddaughter Faye who is skiing in Val Thorens at the moment rang at 7am this morning to tell me she had some news.  I thought from the tone of her voice someone had been hurt on the slopes but fortunately it was good news  - she rang to say she'd got engaged.  We're all very pleased for her and her young man as they are a good match.  My other news today was seeing a video of Lucie (Faye's sister) doing a Bungee Jump from the top of a cliff over a beautiful lagoon. This was a Christmas present from her boyfriend but it wouldn't be my idea of pleasure  -  I suppose it's a good that we're not all the same.
