Cake 1

Birthday season for CarbBoy was launched this morning with pancakes and balloons*. A mini-celebration after school, with cake, hot chocolate (made with actual chocolate and cream) and pressies. The ‘real’ party will probably be Sunday afternoon, as it’s forecast to be miserable weather and cake and fizz will give us two fine reasons to be indoors.

Some minor breakthroughs on the work front today, and a couple of jobs stopped coming back for more tweaking.

Mr B arrived home late, and in need of a debrief (calm down you sniggerers at the back, that’s not what I meant) so it’s a late night.

* ok, balloon. I should probably restock the balloon drawer.
