I'm Satisfied

A simply splendid evening. Before going to the staff party I had a quick look at the sublimely beautiful Illuminarie. Every year these illuminations are sent over from Sorrento as a memorial for the victims of the Great Hanshin Earthquake. I've been several times before and it never ceases to astound me.

The staff party was terrific. Good food, good company, a fun Santa Swap game and, best of all, karaoke. I LOVE karaoke!! It's such good fun. I sang (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction by The Rolling Stones and The Tide Is High by Blondie. Now I'm home with a cup of tea getting my blip on before midnight just in case the magic spell wears off.
