Mr & Mrs Swan

Had a very busy morning doing stuff that I find difficult and causes me a lot of anxiety but the park at lunchtime made up for that. It was dull and damp so very quiet with not many people about but absolutely full of birds. Saw some nuthatches, wrens and a big flock of redwings (although there may have been some other type of thrush mixed in with them) alongside all the usual suspects (robins, blackbirds, crows)... plus all the geese, ducks and the sweet swan couple. 

I went back to my desk totally restored and ready for the afternoon :-)
