Proving a point

I reckon you have to be really skillful when it comes to photographing food.  You need excellent lighting, and a food stylist never goes amiss.  And when you look at the image you need to actually recognise the food.

For example these are not small potatoes.  They are actually scallops.  The lighting is - shall we say ordinary.

So I think I've proved my point.

I'm not good at photographing food.
