Moonrise at Breaker Bay....

We have had an extremely windy day here at Kaiteriteri. The caravan awning and our gazebo snapped and crackled during the gusts. It was noisy and unsettling.This evening we drove over the winding, hilly road to the Park Cafe at the beginning of the Abel Tasman National Park. We ate oven-fired pizzas. Then late this evening I walked with friends, Cathy and Daryl, to Breaker Bay to watch the moon rising from the sea... a lovely sight.
