Tree of gold .......

......... with new life budding.

It feels even colder today ....... but it was lovely to see some sunshine ....... especially after the rain we had overnight.

There have been a few ominous clouds passing by ..... but so far so good!

Loved the light on this tree trunk ...... it gave the lichen a golden glow ...... great to see new buds appearing too .... hope you like it :-)

Really chuffed you liked yesterday's starling ...... that has now joined Saturday's silly sparrows fluttering on the popular pages :-)
