Crossword time

Brain cells being exerted doing the big (easy) crossword. Poppydog is lending a bit of moral support.

Coffee this morning with lots of chat about bucket lists and using our good healthy time wisely, plus 'child' concerns! And then an urgent call for more custard tarts (Dad has acquired a taste for LH's customary sweet snack of choice!), so a diversion via Sainsbury on the way home.

Lunch out with both the chaps and now a long weekend away with LD has also been booked - it'll be so good to have some sensible length of time together.

The weather turned fairly rainy and miserable this afternoon but Spring is trying; I've already got daffodils in heavy bud, hellebores nearly there, and of course, a few snowdrops. Keep it coming :-)
