Fireplace Time Exposure

Today was a bit chaotic and it was a struggle to photograph my daily blip. This evening I was finally able to get a blip, taking my first timed exposure. I used the fireplace as my subject using lots of different shutter speeds, all the way up to 8 seconds. Each exposure was interesting in its own way. This photo is not what I hoped for, but I learned a lot in the process.
