This hoverfly was not the least bit bothered by me lifting up the flower to see him/her better.  Out he/she came and then straight back in again.  Blip done.  Well this was the best of 4.  Manual focus can be a little tricky.  Hey ho.

Back to work today into a new office.  Same firm though - we just had new offices outfitted.  I have a sit stand desk.  I have sat and stood at it today and actually find the standing more comfortable than the chair.  I think that says more about the chair than anything else.  My colleagues have had to take off their Jimmy Choos and Manolo Blahniks in favour of flats if they are standing but I generally wear low heels so not a problem for me.   Oh to be young again and able to wear heels - sigh!
